Ben Davis

As a child I grew up playing many sports. As I grew older, my passion for sports led me to exercising for health reasons and I soon discovered it was a way to eliminate stress in my life. This led me to pursue a degree in Exercise Science at Florida State University. and become an NCSA Certified Personal Trainer.

I love to work with everyone. Bring me your needs and goals and I’ll make an hour of exercise seem like 15 minutes. I’m honored to be able to help people improve the quality of their lives. If you are looking for a compassionate an uplifting coach, I am the solution for you.

Paul Masterson

After years of exercise and challenging others for fun, my passion brought me to understanding more about the science of exercise and how it benefits the body, mind and spirit.

After receiving my Bachelors in Business (MTSU) and working several 9 to 5 jobs, I decided to go full time into my first love: helping people through fitness training and education.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer (ESA) and Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA). I have been helping clients achieve their goals since 2002. I enjoy giving people the accountability and resources to unleash their potential.

FITNESS PROGRAMS

 

Personal training sessions

Our training is centered on knowledge, application, accountability and results. Components of fitness addressed include: cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, strength, balance, flexibility and body composition with attention to each client’s specific goals and within the scope of their current level of health and fitness. Nutrition guidelines are provided on a continuing basis for optimum results.

One Hour Session: $85 per session*

These sessions consist of a 50 minute personalized workout specifically tailored to your goals and needs followed by a 10 minute full-body stretch performed by your trainer for flexibility and recovery.

Half Hour Session: $50 per session*

These sessions consist of 30 minutes of personal training and 30 minutes of trainer assigned machine-based cardiovascular training. The cardio portion can be performed in studio if desired or at home at another time.

The fitness and nutrition components of our programs are geared toward the client’s individualized goals and prescribed within the scope of their current level of health and fitness.

*Rates apply for a purchase of 2 or more sessions. For individual session purchase add $10 per session to rates.

Stretch & recuperation sessions

Each session provides release of the muscles and helps to speed muscle recovery and prevent the recurrence of trigger points within the myofascial tissue.

This services should be used as a complement to physical training and myofascial trigger-point therapy or for anyone needing to relieve stress/tension within the body.

Symptoms that have shown improvement:
- Knee pain
- Lower back stiffness
- IT band tightness
- Hamstring tightness
- Hipflexor tension
- Chest tension
- Shoulder/Trapezius stress

Infrared massage bed

Far-infrared heat is emitted by the jade rollers on the bed, which are programmed to stop, press, turn and massage your body.

The creators of the bed utilized Asian medicine techniques like acupuncture and acupressure, developing specialized programs that target specific areas of the body.

According to traditional Chinese medicine, acupressure works to align your energy, or qi, helping to balance your body. The rollers press acupressure points on the head, neck, shoulders, back, and legs, releasing tension and helping to alleviate pain.

It also creates negative ions, which is a further benefit. Our bodies are positively charged, and introducing the body to a negative ion environment (such as that found at the ocean side) is calming and soothing. A great way to recuperate and recharge after work or workouts.

Symptoms that have shown improvement from use of the bed:

Rollers press acupressure points on the head, neck, shoulders, back, and legs, releasing tension and helping to alleviate pain

Increases circulation in the body to enhance recovery

Reduces inflammation throughout the body

Eases joint and back stiffness

Booking Clients can either book online using the button below or call 615-715-4787. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment must be done 24hrs before scheduled appointment. After 2 last minute cancellations amount paid for unlimited will go toward single visits at the $1 per minute rate. Unlimited status will be voided for the remaining days in that month.
