Hour Sessions

Our training is centered on knowledge, application, accountability and results.  Components of fitness addressed include:  cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, strength, balance, flexibility and body composition with attention to each client's specific goals and within the scope of their current level of health and fitness.  Nutrition guidelines are provided on a continuing basis for optimum results.

$75 per session*

Half Hour Sessions

These sessions consist of 30 minutes of personal training and 30 minutes of trainer assigned machine based cardiovascular training.  The fitness and nutrition components of this program are geared toward the client's individualized goals and prescribed within the scope of their current level of health and fitness.

$45 per session*
