Hour Sessions

One on one trainings centered on knowledge, application, accountability and results.  Components of fitness addressed include:  cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, strength, balance, flexibility and body composition with attention to each client's specific goals and within the scope of their current level of health and fitness.  Nutrition guidelines are provided on a continuing basis for optimum results.

Half Hour Sessions

These sessions consist of 30 minutes of one on one training and conditioning and 30 minutes of trainer assigned machine based cardiovascular training.  The fitness and nutrition components of this program are geared toward the client's individualized goals and prescribed within the scope of their current level of health and fitness.

Pricing is determined by the individual needs of the client
and package rates that apply.

Group Fitness Training

( Up to 4 participants)

Registration Manditory


These 1 hour sessions provide training for muscular endurance,  

cardiovascular endurance and body fat reduction with an emphasis on core strength and body sculpting. 


Each workout is designed for maximum calorie burn with special consideration taken for each members fitness level.


Participants get the benefit of experiencing the group dynamic while getting the attention needed to execute proper form for each exercise.
